Regulations for "Outdoor Training" classes

The organiser of the "Training in the open air" series , hereinafter referred to as the event or classes, is JOY IN ME SC, ul. Ogrodowa 48/54, 00-876 Warsaw, NIP: 5272882838 and Iga Majewska, conducting business activity under the name " Warsaw Pilates Iga Majewska" , with a permanent place of business in Warsaw at ul. Jana Kazimierza 12/35 (01-248 Warsaw), entered into the CEIDG, NIP number: 8212563835.

  1. TICKET PURCHASE

  2. By purchasing a ticket, the customer confirms that he or she has read these Regulations and fully accepts them.

  3. Tickets for the event are non-refundable, so please purchase carefully.

  4. The ticket price for one person is PLN 89.

  5. Tickets are sold on the JOYINME brand website. First-come, first-served.

  6. A single customer may purchase more than one ticket. There is no limit to group purchases.

  7. Customers are not required to print their tickets. Simply presenting them on their smartphone is sufficient.

  8. If a client is unable to attend the event, they may resell their ticket by advertising on the Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/warsawpilatespopup . We do not mediate ticket resale.

II. GENERAL RULES

  1. Classes last 50 minutes and are conducted in Polish by instructors with appropriate qualifications.

  2. The organizer provides mats and equipment needed for exercises, as well as a place to change in the toilets.

  3. Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to participate in the events. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

  4. The use of cell phones is strictly prohibited during classes. Clients are required to mute their smartphones' sounds and vibrations.

  5. To access the venue, please gather at the building's reception desk 10 minutes before the start of the event. From there, clients will be escorted to the venue by event staff.

  6. We do not accept sports cards.

  7. The level of the classes is adapted to the group and you do not need to know the method or exercises to benefit from the classes.

  8. People who are more than 20 minutes late may not be allowed to enter the classes and the facility.

  9. The organizer is not responsible for items left in the toilet, exercise area or other common areas of the facility.

III. INSURANCE AND LEGAL LIABILITY

  1. Participants take full responsibility for their mental and physical health during the event.

  2. Our events do not include participant insurance. The organizer is not responsible for any health, material, psychological, or mental damages incurred during the event.

  3. The Organizer is not liable for any damage resulting from circumstances beyond its control, i.e. arising in particular as a result of fire, flood, strikes, border closures, pandemics and other unforeseen circumstances, and which may partially or completely disrupt the execution of the order.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the regulations at any time during their validity, and will inform participants about this by means of information posted on the website: warsawpilates.pl

  5. In cases not covered by the Regulations, the final decision is made by the Organizer, in which case the Organizer undertakes to inform participants about the changes in due time.

IV. SCHEDULE CHANGE AND EVENT CANCELLATION

  1. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the class program in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the instructor, bad weather, random events, etc.).

  2. In the event of cancellation of classes, change of date or instructor, the Organizer will immediately inform Customers via email to the address provided when purchasing tickets.

  3. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the organizer's control. In such a case, participants have the right to choose one of the following options:

    1. refund of the total amount paid;

    2. transferring the paid amount to the next event.

  4. In the event of an event cancellation, the Organizer reserves the right to notify participants directly via email. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of the event cancellation.

V. HEALTH CONDITION AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

  1. Healthy individuals without medical contraindications are welcome to participate in the classes. Those with health problems are required to inform the instructor of these before and during the classes.

  2. The organizers assume no responsibility for any negative health effects of the exercises. The instructor has the right to refuse entry to anyone suspected of having medical contraindications to exercising, as well as anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substances.

  3. Participants declare that they have no health or medical contraindications to participating in the planned activities. Participants undertake such activities entirely at their own risk and will bear full responsibility for any negative consequences of such activities.

VI. USE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S IMAGE

  1. The course of the event may be documented by the Organizer in the form of photographs and audio-video recordings.

  2. Participation in classes is tantamount to the participant's consent to the free, time- and territorially unlimited use of their image recorded in photographs or recordings, in materials constituting a report from the event or in materials promoting the series of classes.
