RETURNS
At joyinme.co, you can return purchases within 14 days from the order collection date. To make a return, please use Easy Returns.
The 14-day return period also applies to unused gift cards. To return a gift card, you must send a withdrawal from the contract via email to contact@joyinme.co.
Refunds take a maximum of 14 days, and the refund method depends on the payment method chosen when placing the order:
- credit card payment via Stripe - refund via Stripe to the credit card account
- credit card payment via PayNow - refund via PayNow to the credit card account
- bank account payment with fast PayNow transfers - refund to the account via PayNow
- PayPal payment - refund to the PayPal account
- credit card payment via PayPal - refund via PayPal to the credit card account
EXCHANGES
Items purchased on our website cannot be exchanged. You can return items and then make a new purchase on our website.
COMPLAINTS
If you notice that your product has a defect, you can file a complaint. To file a complaint, please fill out the complaint form. Complaints should be sent to JOYINME S.C. FLEXIBLE LOGISTICS SERVICES Sp.z o.o., ul. Pass 20K, Building no. 9, 05-870 Błonie. The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the delivery date of the shipment, and the opinion will be sent to the email address provided in the form.
