Yoga Mat FLOW 3 mm, Flower BombPink non-slip exercise mat

The FLOW 3 mm yoga mat, Flower Bomb, features a soft microfiber surface that is well-suited for fluid yoga practices and more dynamic sequences. The material is pleasant to the touch, quick-drying, and provides increased grip as it becomes damp.

If your hands are very dry, you can lightly dampen the surface before practice. The rubber base stabilizes the mat on the floor, and the entire mat is machine washable according to the care instructions.

Grip activation

The mat's grip increases as your body warms up. During your first asanas, focus on pressing your hands and feet down firmly. Over time, the microfiber will become rougher and the grip optimal. Tip: If you want to activate 100% grip from the very first second, lightly spray your hands or the mat with water.

Care Instructions

It is best to wipe the mat with a damp cloth. For more stubborn dirt, it can be machine washed at a maximum of 30°C (no spin cycle, no tumble dryer, and no detergents). Dry laid flat.

To ensure your mat lasts as long as possible:

• store it rolled up – folding it for long periods may leave permanent creases and marks,
• unroll it on a smooth, level surface and avoid contact with sharp objects, stones, or uneven ground, which could damage the thin layer of rubber,
• protect the mat from prolonged exposure to high temperatures and intense sunlight – these can accelerate the natural aging of the rubber, leading it to harden, crumble, or delaminate.

Note for allergy sufferers

The product contains natural, biodegradable rubber. People with a rubber allergy should avoid contact with the mat.
