To extend the life of your candle

The first time you light the candle, let it burn for at least 2 hours, until the entire top layer of wax has melted. This will extend the life of the candle and allow it to release its full fragrance. Trim the candle wick after each use, which will ensure the wax melts evenly. The candle does not contain any artificial enhancers, and natural wax needs time to heat up evenly.
